If you're looking for a comfortable vacation rental that won't break the bank, look no further! Check out this 15th-floor ocean view studio located at the Sea Mist Resort! This apartment is completely furnished with 2 queen sized beds and will accommodate 4 guests. The condo features a private balcony with partial ocean vistas, TV with basic cable, complimentary resort Wi-Fi, dresser and closet for storage, flat screen TV, full kitchen, and private bathroom!
Entering into the kitchen, guests will have access to full size appliances. The kitchen features a full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven/stove, toaster, coffee maker, and cabinet space. Our guests adore the fact they can comfortably prepare a meal or a snack right from the condo! We provide all basic cookware, kitchen necessities, silverware, glassware, and more. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of amazing dining options within a short drive or Uber. Uber Eats, Postmates, and Grubhub have become very trendy and convenient options as well.
Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, linens, and linens are included. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom.
While the Sea Mist is a 65-year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests really appreciate the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our prices reflect the age of the resort, décor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings!
We are confident that you are going to appreciate this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest! Please keep in mind that this rental is privately owned and managed, and we have no affiliation with the resort staff, resort maintenance, or resort housekeeping. Should you have any maintenance or housekeeping needs, or have any questions, be sure to reach out to us directly so we can help!
Free Wi-Fi and Cable available.
Smoking AND Vaping are not allowed.
Our guests currently have access to the outdoor pool located on the south side of the Oats Building. Pool hours are subject to change. Weather and season could also result in pool closures.

Tips and Tricks to get the very best Myrtle Beach vacation rental experience:
How to get the best rental value:
- Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- To find the best value, try shifting your vacation week to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer excellent weather, , and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
- Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.
- Many property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area travel guide magazines which include special offers, either offered independently by local businesses, or through a relationship between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Choosing the best vacation rental in the Myrtle Beach area:
- Start by having your family commit to dates and a spending budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your family needs. Updated Double Queen Suite-Stunning Ocean Views! Sea Mist 51508 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our vacation rental search.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is usually accessible on booking pages. If not, reach out to the property owner before you book the home. Remember that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds.
- If your family is traveling with pets, filter your search for a property that allows animals. Make sure to ask for specifics on breed, size, and type restrictions. Be aware that some property owners charge additional pet fees.
- If there's a particular Myrtle Beach attraction you are crazy about, search for homes that are either near by, or those that cater to your requirements.
- Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with a disability. Confirm all necessary amenities are available before reserving a rental.
More tips for your visit:
- Add the owner's information to your phone. Take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, elevator or WIFI setup. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent many issues.
- Lock your rental while you are out. Protect your property!
- Note any issues with the property during check in, and immediately contact the owner. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are helpful if damages are assessed.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant vacationers disrupting your peaceful neighborhood. Employ the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and scenic spots you would have never otherwise known about!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can typically help. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
- Double-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did you have a terrific stay? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
