Savor the Panoramic vistas of the Atlantic Coastline. This pretty 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located on the 10th floor gives ceiling to floor glass for natural light, direct oceanfront vistas and vistas of the Family Kingdom Amusement Park which is just a short walk away (closed in winter). Ocean front pools, indoor and outdoor, lazy river, hottub, and splash area are available for everybody to savor.
The Space:
Pros: -Great view with painless check in -Washer and Dryer in the unit -Substantial living space -Two king size beds -Over half of the unit is floor to ceiling of windows which accepts you to view the beach and the city at the same time Cons: -Looking to get the kitchen cabinets replaced due to wear and tear -Guests have complained about other units around them leaving the hallways smelling of smoke (cigarettes & marijuana) This is out of our control as we only own the unit not the building -Feeling particles of sand on the floors when walking barefoot. The floors are hard to get every granule of sand off the floor as we are at the beach and it is in the air
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the indoor and outdoor pool areas in addition to the various amenities that the Oceans One Resort offers. However, the beach is the number one draw. The guest cannot hold the host responsible for resort controlled amenities. (inoperable pools, hot tubs, balconies)

Myrtle Beach rental property booking tips and tricks:
Get the most from your rental budget:
- Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Summer months are the most expensive season in Myrtle Beach. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
- Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your group.
- Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for details.
- Find a copy of your local visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, visitors guides contain discounts for nearby accommodations and attractions.
Make a plan and pick the perfect Myrtle Beach rental home:
- Choose a designated group leader, choose your dates, and select a maximum budget.
- Determine how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your group needs. Views for miles from the 11th floor - 1101 has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our vacation rental search.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed counts is commonly accessible on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, call the property owner before reserving the vacation property. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds and bunks. You'll need to establish which bed configuration is suitable for your trip.
- Some rental properties allow pets, and others do not. Allowable types of family pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional fees may apply. Ask the host about pet restrictions before booking.
- If there's an individual Myrtle Beach destination you simply love, keep an eye out for homes that are either close by, or those that cater to your needs.
- Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with a disability. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before reserving a rental
Have a great stay:
- Review arrival and departure procedures before traveling. Take a printed copy, and add a note with the directions to your smartphone.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, A/V setup or thermostat. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent many difficulties.
- Ensure you protect the property owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are out, just like you would at home.
- Document any damages to the property during check in, and immediately send them to the host. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that can be valuable if damages are attributed to your stay.
- Be respectful of your neighbors. Often, surrounding homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking rules is the right thing to do.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can usually help. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
- Double-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed everything at departure. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- After your trip, leave a review! Property owners rely on great feedback to drive new bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will appreciate that you share your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.
