Freshly refreshed condo at Captain's Harbour tucked away in a peaceful residential area, yet walking distance to 17 Bypass South, less than 10 mins. to airport, shopping, eateries, multiplex theatre, golf, beach 3.7 miles. Direct Intracoastal waterway condo with access to cavernous balcony from every room thru sliding doors, plus entry walkway balcony to sit out front. Outdoor Pool with 2 bathrooms, tennis court, boat dock and ramp. Rent or bring boat-jet ski-kayak. Unit located on 3rd floor in middle of building with 2 elevators.

Guest access:
* Parking for 2 cars per condo. Only one car under building allowed. If you have a second car use our private lot. One car space supplied under the building. Parking decals need to be picked up from Jim at Premiere Management on weekdays only. His contact info will be left in your instruction packet on arrival. Submit a copy of your ID and car plate numbers
*Amenity key will be left in condo, so you will be able to take a drip in the pool after you unpack. All parking stickers and keys must be returned upon departing or $25 fee per item is charged.
* Parking at the beach with a handicapped hanger is complimentary. Meters
are plentiful and are clearly marked.

Turn on service road by America's Furnishings before you reach the Market Commons Exit. At stop sign turn right on Harbour Town Rd. Take to end until you see Captain's Harbour Yacht & Tennis
Club ( 5 story building). Pull into parking lot. Elevators in middle of building.
If coming from the south: Get off at Market Commons exit. Turn left at light Make 1st right when you see Super 8
Motel. At stop sign turn left onto Harbour Town Rd. to Captain's
Harbour.
