Inviting 2-story raised beach home on Coral Dr in the sought after MH section. The beach is only an 8 min walk or 3 min ride away as well as the water park. Convenient access to the South Gate and overflow parking, avoid the main gate congestion. Ample parking under the home with simple in & out, even for bigger cars. Plenty of additional golf cart parking too!
Stunning LVP floor throughout, no carpet! New furnishings inside and out, outdoor bar and seating area under the home. Savor the sun and shade on all three levels with plenty of outdoor seating. Keep cool inside with 2 NEW A/C units. Two family rooms provide additional indoor space for watching a movie or just appreciating family time.
