QUICK GUIDE – PLEASE READ

TICKETS:
- No paper tickets needed.
- Check in with the NAME on your order.
- If you purchased DIRECTLY with GTS Theatre, your seats are RESERVED in our VIP, GOLD, RED, or BRONZE sections.
- If you purchased through a 3rd party (TripAdvisor or Vacations Made Easy), your seats are in our BRONZE section and will be seated on a first-come, first-served basis.

DRESS CODE:
- Casual is welcome.
- Many guests dress up a bit for Motown.

SEATING WITH FRIENDS:
- If reservations are made separately, seating together is NOT guaranteed.
- Our computer system is not aware of who your friends are if you did not utilize the “Will YOU be joining friends/family at the show that made a SEPARATE reservation?” option.

WEATHER:
- If an official WARNING or EVACUATION ORDER is issued, the show will be canceled and a gift card provided.
- Otherwise, the show goes on.

FOOD & DRINKS:
- Snack bar available.
- No dinner service.
- Souvenir cup ($7) includes a free Beer, Wine, Soda, or Water.

PHOTOS & VIDEO:
- No audio or video recording.
- Photos without flash are fine.
- Violators will be escorted out immediately with no refund. Be sure to tell your guests.

BE KIND:
- Our team works hard to make your night special.
- Please be respectful to staff and performers.

BAGS:
- All bags are subject to search.
- No outside food, drinks, or weapons permitted

TRIP ADVISOR OR 3rd PARTY BOOKINGS:

• TripAdvisor and Vacations Made Easy only sell Bronze seats (Rows 6 & 7).
• They do NOT have access to sell better seats. If you were told otherwise, that information is false.
• If the theatre upgraded your seats to RED, it means the Bronze section was oversold.
• This is the only seating that is first-come, first-served—for the BRONZE section ONLY.
• Booking directly through GTS Theatre guarantees the best options and accurate seating.
• 3rd party sites raise ticket prices to make it appear you’re getting a deal, when in fact you are not.
• GTS Theatre only receives a tiny portion of those ticket proceeds.
• Purchasing directly supports GTS Theatre and our cast—3rd party purchases do not.
