Description:
This tour is great for those with children and provides hours of engaging hands on fun. You tour guide will bring all the equipment you need. First, your guide will lead you through the back waters of Cherry Grove bay as you make your way to Hog Inlet. The tour will beach on a private island where you will have time to explore a beautiful landscape. Bring some snacks with you to enjoy a picnic on the island. After a short time of exploring the island your tour guide will get you geared up and ready to do some crabbing. We use an "old school" traditional local method for catching Blue Crab. It doesn't take long and before you know it- you are catching crabs one right after the other. If you choose, you may keep all the legal crabs you catch. Blue Crabs have to be 5 inches to keep, but no worries there- we know just where to find the big ones! J & L Kayaking limits the amount of crabs you keep to 5/person.
