Q: 'Can I Check-In Early?'
A: Our cleaners offer a very limited number of priority check-ins each day that would allow guests to arrive before 4PM. If the condo is ready before 4PM, we will contact you to let you know.
Q: 'Can I Check-Out Late?'
A: NO – Sorry, but due to the cleaning schedule, departure times cannot be changed.
Q: 'Can I Pay for Access to Additional Conveniences?'
A: NO – Sorry, but the building HOA has decided that they do not want to share access to specific amenities to those not owned and run by their on-site management company. They do not allow guests to purchase entry to those amenities. You will still have access to the amenities listed in the property info at no additional charge and never have to pay a resort fee for that access.
Q: 'Are there any additional costs?'
A: No - There are no hidden or additional costs. Everything listed during your reservation booking is all you will pay.
Q: 'Are beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels included?'
A: NO - Due to damage/loss of these items in the past, the need to maximize storage space for guests, and the varied needs of guests, we do not provide these items. However, there are multiple great rental companies in the Myrtle Beach area. In Myrtle Beach, you can also rent chairs and umbrellas from the lifeguards on the beach during the summer season. Check out John's Beach Service for chair & umbrella units & setup.
Q: 'Are bath towels and sheets included?'
A: YES – We provide sheets for the beds listed and also 1 bath towel and wash cloth per the occupancy of the property you rented. We do not allow bath towels to be taken to the pool or beach, so please make arrangements for your own beach towels.
Q: 'Is parking supplied?'
A: YES - Parking is complimentary with our parking pass. You will receive your parking passes upon entering the condo. Please be sure not to write on it and return it back to the unit when checking out.
Q: 'Can I Pay for an Extra Parking Pass?'
A: NO – Sorry, but parking pass limits are set by the buildings due to the limited parking space available. However, in Myrtle Beach, you can contact the Pavilion Parking Garage that will allow you to park at most meters in the City of Myrtle Beach.
Please note that motorbikes and trailers are not allowed in the parking deck.
Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?'
A: NO - This is your vacation! However, we do ask that you treat the property with care so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines (ex: trash removal) before you leave which will be in our guidebook after you book.
Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?'
A: NO, sorry – SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke or if we find that you have tampered with the smoke detectors to hide that smoking has occurred, it will result in a minimum $250 charge. Please be sure to read the entire rental agreement and home rules for more information about smoking.
Q: 'Are there pots/pans/dishes?'
A: YES - The kitchen is equipped with the basic items needed for cooking/eating. There is also a toaster over/air fryer combo. If there is some specialty modest appliance you savor, please feel complimentary to bring it along.
Q: 'Is/Are there food/condiments?'
A: NO - This is a self catering unit. While we will leave some basic condiments in the cupboard, we can’t guarantee that they will be in the unit. Other types of food items left behind are disposed of at the checkout cleaning.
*Please note, we are at the beach and that means you may see a bug or insect in the condo that has made its way in. We have a regular pest control schedule that comes to maintain our condo. Should you happen to see something, please contact me and we will send someone over to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
