Directly to the right is where the full bathroom is located. The bathroom features a tub, shower, vanity with sink, mirror, and toilet. The AC unit is located in the utility closet just outside the bathroom.

Continuing through the apartment, the private bedroom is also located on the right side of the apartment. The bedroom features 1 queen bed, closet, dresser for storage, nightstand, cable TV with over 100 channels to choose from, access to the ocean view balcony, blackout curtains, and a gorgeous barn door for privacy.

Entering into the living room, guests will find the most calming part of the entire condo! The living room is open and cavernous, and features countless, North-facing vistas of the ocean. The 11th floor offers such great vistas; not too high, not too low! The living room offers a dining table and chairs, queen-sized sleeper couch, accent chairs, end tables, cable TV with over 100 channels to choose from, and access to the ocean view balcony.

As of March 2022, a handsome shiplap wall was constructed and an LED electric fireplace was installed. A brand new sleeper couch was installed, including modern pieces of decor and accents. The entire condo was painted, and a beautiful barn door was installed in the bedroom. Throughout the condo, guests will savor tile floor. This is really a home away from home!

The kitchen is definitely fantastic and features brand new stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, and granite counter tops. The homeowners spared no expense! We provide all basic cookware, silverware, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to prepare a full meal for the family. Unlike many units, this listing also features a full-size dishwasher as well as modest appliances like a coffee maker and toaster. Cooking a sizable meal or a modest snack will not be a problem! For guests who prefer to dine out, The Palace is a short walk / ride from many eateries. Myrtle Beach also offers food delivery services such as Uber Eats and DoorDash!

As of winter 2024, the bathroom has been refreshed! The space now features a striking, tiled, walk-in shower. The tile flows from the shower all the way around the rest of the room! A rainfall showerhead was also installed, making for an exceptional experience. A new vanity sink with plenty of underneath storage for unpacking your toiletries, and a breath-taking LED mirror with different settings! This space is unrecognizable, and we are so excited to share these impressive upgrades with you!

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to appreciate your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Our guests will have access to multiple amenities at the Palace Resort. There are 3 outdoor hot tubs, 2 enormous outdoor pools, 1 indoor hot tub on the 22nd floor, sauna, steamroom, exercise center, and modest gameroom. In addition, there are coin-operated washers and dryers on every other floor within the complex. Our guests will also have access to drink and snack vending machines, complimentary parking, 24-hour security, and beach access.

Guests will have access to cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. A new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests adore the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access.

Guests should keep in mind that the Palace is not a pet friendly resort. Guests are not allowed to have any family pets inside the resort, or inside this rental. In addition, smoking is not allowed inside this condo, and we enjoy your cooperation.

How to get the best Myrtle Beach vacation rental experience:

Get the most from your rental home budget:

  • The earlier your group can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked very early. Booking your vacation property 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
  • To find the most suitable vacation home within budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at Myrtle Beach restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Some property management companies offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Booking websites typically offer renters an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for details.
  • Often, property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guide magazines which often include coupons, either offered independently by local companies, or through a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

How to choose the best vacation home in the Myrtle Beach area:

  • Choose your dates and max budget.
  • Note the number bedrooms and the bed configuration your group requires. 1 Bedroom Apartment with Great Views! Palace Resort 1112 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is regularly available on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, call the property management company before you reserve the home. Remember that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
  • Some rental properties allow pets, but others do not. Acceptable types of family pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added costs may apply. Ask the property management company about pet restrictions before booking.
  • Is your family looking for specific amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters for amenities. Use these filters to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with a disability. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are included before booking

Tips for a smooth stay:

  • Store the manager's information in your smartphone.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, elevator or appliance. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent lots of concerns.
  • Protect the rental owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are out, just like you would back home.
  • During check-in, document any damages to the property and immediately alert the owner. Record all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay more pleasurable. You will increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are a fantastic resource to find the best local beaches and restaurants.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • At departure, complete a final walk-through to make sure you have not forget any personal items. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a fantastic stay? Most rental home management companies make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
