Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per car, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not supplied in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.
There is parking for 1 upsized or 2 standard cars at this site. If you have additional cars, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).
Once your booking request is approved, you will receive an e-mail with instructions for paying your deposit to hold your reservation.
Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received.

  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.
