What is better than a beach vacation? Spending it at a resort with great amenities inside and out! Take advantage of everything this condo has to offer, and spend your days on the beach or appreciating the many amenities and perks available to you.

As part of your reservation, you’ll appreciate access to a full breakfast buffet at Magnolia’s at 26th, just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will savor complimentary Blockbuster units during your stay.

All Oceana Resorts guests receive complimentary play before 7 p.m. for all members of their event. Lost Mine Miniature Golf is located downtown near multiple of our other properties. This course is open seasonally from March through October. All Oceana Resorts guests are included with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one complimentary ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the complimentary tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Kids's activities are available each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, and pool games! Snowbird activities are available each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, and Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets!

Things to Know
The spa and hot tub are undergoing a replacement project to install a new 10-seat spa/hot tub. As such, the current spa and hot tub will be unavailable until fall 2024. Guests may use Bluegreen Resort's spa and hot tub complimentary of charge during this upgrade.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Finding the best rental value:

• The sooner your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are booked very early. Reserving your rental property up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of SC. To get the most suitable rental home within your budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Myrtle Beach attractions and restaurants. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your group qualifies for a discount.
• Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for more information.

• Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant visitors bothering your peaceful home. Practice the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great local food and scenic spots you would have never otherwise known about!
• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can typically help. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
• Upon check-out, take a final walk-through to make sure you did not forget any personal items. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Inspect the rental one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
• After your trip, leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent reviews to inspire new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will appreciate that you share your review find their best vacation home. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.
