Unwind on your private balcony while having your morning coffee and watch the beautiful East Coast sunrises. With beach-themed DESIGNER FURNITURE, this unit is simply GORGEOUS! KING BED IN THE MASTER BEDROOM, 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeper couch in the living room, this condo will sleep 8 people. There is a WASHER/DRYER and a FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN with granite counter tops for those days when you just feel like staying at the beach and dining in.

The PARADISE RESORT offers MANY AMENITIES! Spend the day at the beach and riding the waves, or grab a tropical drink from the poolside tiki bar and relax by the sizable oceanfront pool. The kids will appreciate the covered lazy river and is great for days when the weather is not cooperating. There are also 2 indoor hottub pools for the adults to appreciate. CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES THAT RESULT IN A SHORTENED STAY, THAT ARE MADE WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL, FORFEIT ALL MONIES PAID UNLESS THE CONDO IS REBOOKED FOR THE SAME RENTAL DATES & RATE. IF THE PROPERTY IS REBOOKED FOR THE RENTAL DATES (PARTIALLY OR FULLY) A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE RATE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO REBOOK THE PROPERTY FOR AT THE LAST MINUTE, MINUS A $100 CANCEL FEE.

IN CASE OF A HURRICANE, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THERE IS A "MANDATORY" EVACUATION ORDER GIVEN FOR THE AREA THAT THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN. AT THAT TIME, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY UNUSED PORTION OF RENT FROM DATE EVACUATION ORDER STARTS TO THE DATE THE EVACUATION ORDER IS LIFTED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN OUTSIDE OF THE EVACUATION ORDER DATES.
