Welcome to the freshly designed "Pink Flamingo", located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, just a 1/2 block from the beach at 28th Ave N, walking distance to "the boardwalk", 1 mile to Broadway at The Beach & centrally located for "Grandiose Strand" fun. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, 1,050 sqft condo sleeping to 6 pp in 1 king bed and 2 queen beds. The unit offers central AC/heat, high-speed internet, 3 Intelligent Roku TVs, a "work-from-home" desk, private balcony, completely equipped kitchen & covered parking.

The Space:
The "Pink Flamingo" was completely redesigned & furnished in February of 2025. We take pride in offering a fun and unique space for our Myrtle Beach visitors! All the furnishings is new - the couch, chairs, table, bar stools, beds, linens, towels, desk etc.

Appreciate our Instagram-able "Shake your tale feather" neon accent wall! To turn the neon sign on, simply flip the switch to the left of the neon sign, and wait a few seconds.

This unit is located on the 2nd level, up 1 set of stairs, and is a single-level condo.

✫ No smoking, vaping or drugs allowed. No family pets allowed. No events, events or enormous gatherings.

✫ We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.

CLEANING
✫ Our cleaners are taking additional care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).

  • Summer months are high season in the Myrtle Beach area. To find the largest vacation home within budget, we recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
