This home comes with a standard 4 Passenger golf cart. ***An additional Standard Golf Cart may be added with this property for a user fee of $400 per week. This fee is not supplied in your rental and will need to be reserved separately by phone. *** OUR GOLF CARTS ARE NOT PERMITTED OUTSIDE OF OCEAN LAKES, WE DO NOT CARRY INSURANCE FOR THAT.  IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE YOUR WHOLE GROUP WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE OUR RENTAL PROPERTY. Also No one under the age of 21 is allowed to drive our golfcarts. If you are caught, you may be asked to leave. Our Insurance does not cover anyone under 21 years of age. WE HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR DRUGS OF ANY KIND! IF YOUR OR YOUR GUESTS ARE CAUGHT WITH DRUGS, YOUR ENTIRE GROUP WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.

FYI - THE CLEANING FEE YOU PAY TO STAY IN OUR RENTAL PROPERTY IS FOR SANITIZING AND BASIC CLEANING WHEN YOU DEPART, NOT FOR THROWING FOOD AND TRASH EVERYWHERE OR DEFECATING AND URINATING SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN THE TOILET.

• Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Did you have a fantastic vacation? Most rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property manager was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
