Before you arrive, here are a few things worth knowing!

Elevated Ocean Vistas
Located on the first floor, the condo offers pretty ocean vistas from the balcony. Please note there is no elevator access, and the unit is reached by one short flight of 14 steps.

Pool Access
The complex pool is available April 15 through October 15, with hours and availability determined by the HOA. There’s also a HOA BBQ grille area shared by guests.

Ideal for Families
We provide a Pack 'N Play, twin foam bed, and booster seat—no need to haul additional gear.

5-Star Track Record
This may be a new listing under private management, but the property itself has a long-standing history of rave 5-star reviews. We're excited to offer guests an even better, more personal experience moving forward in our newly remodeled property.

Safety & Security
For guest safety, exterior HOA security cameras and Modern Escapes cameras monitor the outside of buildings including the parking spaces, stairwells, entryways and pool.

Family Animals, Parties & Smoking Policy
Per the rental agreement, there is a strict no smoking/vaping and no family pets policy. Evidence during or after the stay will result in removal of the entire event immediately with no refund, and a fee of $1,500 each, respectively. In addition, events, events and commercial photography/videography are not allowed.

Construction
The HOA is performing exterior work from April-June during weekday working hours.
