Step inside and experience the fresh elegance of brand-new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) floor installed in 2025. The removal of outdated carpet creates a seamless, modern aesthetic throughout the condo. Additionally, the entire residence was thoughtfully repainted in warm, inviting tones, and all popcorn ceilings were removed, resulting in a bright, sophisticated, and charmingly updated living space.



As you enter the condo, a hallway guides you to the first bedroom, a full bathroom, and the main living areas. The first bedroom features two plush queen-sized beds, separated by a nightstand, along with a dresser, private closet, and a flat-screen TV. It's ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun.



Directly across the hall is the shared bathroom, complete with a granite vanity offering generous counter space and storage. A enormous mirror and overhead lighting make getting ready a breeze, and the shower and tub combination is ideal for both fast rinses or long soaks.



Continue through to the roomy primary suite, where you’ll find a opulent king-sized bed, two nightstands, a dresser, TV, and a private closet. The attached en-suite bathroom offers a shower and tub combination with handsome tiled walls, a granite vanity with additional storage, and another well-lit mirror for your convenience.



At the heart of the condo is the entirely equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and sink. Whether you’re cooking a full dinner or heating up leftovers from one of the many local eateries, you’ll find everything you need here: cookware, dishes, a coffee maker, toaster, and more. Delivery is also painless, with Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates available in the area.



Adjacent to the kitchen, you’ll find a comfortable dining area with seating for three. Additional guests can gather in the cavernous living room, which features a huge sleeper couch (queen-sized), an accent chair, ambient lighting, and a big-screen TV. It’s ideal for movie nights or calming after a day at the beach.



Step through the sliding glass doors to your private oceanfront balcony. Sip your morning coffee, appreciate an evening drink, or simply soak in the spectacular vistas of the Atlantic from the comfort of the outdoor seating area.



Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer. Guests consistently savor the convenience of doing laundry before packing, which makes returning home just a little easier.



Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, linens, and linens are included. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. Oceans One offers a variety of pools and resort amenities that guests will have access to during their stay. The condo is also within walking or short driving distance of the pier, stores, amusement park, eateries, mini golf, and much more.



It's important to note that this property has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book. Reservation holders must be at least 25 years of age or older in order for their reservation to be valid. Reservation holders under the age of 25 are at risk for potential fines and eviction.
