The Space:
Unwind and appreciate family time in this cavernous and comfortable ground floor condo located just 1.5 miles to the closest beach access in Surfside Beach. Feel the laid back, family friendly ambiance of Surfside Beach while taking advantage of all the close by eateries and beach activities!

Savor the entirely outfitted eat-in kitchen and comfortable living room making it the ideal place to stay while experiencing all the South Strand has to offer. The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, 40" flat screen tv w/premium cable, en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two comfortable double beds with a separate shower room and vanity/toilet room so 2 family members can get ready at the same time. Book your family's next hideaway with us!

Guest Access:
The entire home is yours along with our COMPLIMENTARY State Parks Pass that will get you into both the Myrtle Beach State Park (4 miles North) or Huntington Beach State Park (15 mins South). You will be able to park right up front by the beach for complimentary rather than having to fight the public parking tons and fight for a spot on busy beaches. Plus, there is a fishing pier, kids playground(s), bathrooms, picnic shelters, snack bar, nature center and much more!!

The Neighborhood:
Located between Business Hwy 17 and Hwy 17 Bypass, Grand Palms at Deerfield is right in the middle of Surfside Beach with painless access to eateries, shopping and tons of amenities. There are 3 grocery stores, Target and Walmart within 3 miles or 10 mins. drive. Some of our favorite eateries like the Wooden Spoon (brunch spot), Surfside Pizza (downtown Surfside), The Bar-B-Q House and Johnny D's Waffles (breakfast and brunch) are right around the corner. Getting Around:
Just 15 mins. from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, but a car is Recommended. Uber is available in the area, but can be limited at times.

Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25.

Located in Surfside Beach, this condo is by the sea. The Market Common and Broadway at the Beach are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Family Kingdom Amusement Park and Ripley's Aquarium. Wild Water and Wheels and Old Time Pottery are also worth visiting.

When to book a Myrtle Beach rental & When to go:

  • The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked very early. Reserving your vacation property up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
  • Summer months are high season in the Myrtle Beach area. To get the most suitable vacation home within your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for details.

  • Document any damages to the property upon arrival, and immediately contact the property manager. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that can be very helpful if there is a dispute.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud visitors disrupting your peace and quiet. Use the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would've never otherwise known about!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Just prior to departing, take a walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a wonderful stay? Most rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property management company was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
