Savor this charming ground floor end unit! This 3-bedroom 2 bath condo at Magnolia North can accommodate 6 guests.

Appreciate the open floor plan with your own screened in porch. Just mins. to the beach and constructed around Myrtlewood golf course. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a private master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The two other bedrooms feature one queen bed in each.
Linens, bath towels (6), hand towels (4), washcloths (6) and makeup washcloths (6) are supplied.
A starter set of the following is supplied, (2) toilet paper per bathroom, travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, sponge, paper towels, basic coffee/ filters and k cup assortment.
Well equipped kitchen with enormous countertops to comfortably serve the entire family. The kitchen is outfitted with basic cookware and supplies. Basic spices, foil, plastic wrap etc...
The kitchen table sits 6 and the bar top sits 4.

Pool and patio behind unit is accessible to guests, green wristbands are required for pool access.

Post booking-
Picture of Id is required after booking and confirming you have read the home descriptions and rules. A rental Agreement will be sent, it is required to be signed. A $300 security deposit will be held.
We will send the unit number, door code and Wifi Password the day of check in.
Check in-
Place the parking pass in your cars.
Green wristbands will need to be worn to access the pool.
Checkout-
Wet towels can be left in bathtub.
Logout of accounts on tv.
We ask that you load and start the dishwasher but is not required, detergent pods are under kitchen sink.
Verify door is locked behind you when you leave.
