The Neighborhood:
Golf Colony Deerfield is an appealingly located, peaceful and comfortable resort in the heart of Surfside Beach and very close to so many great options. Just 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access, you will be nearly anywhere on the South Strand in under 15 mins.! Getting Around:
Just 15 mins. from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25. You can rent a gas powered golf cart to get around during your stay if you don't plan on going super far and there is access to get to amenities by golf cart during the day. Please no electric carts as there aren't charging stations.

Other Things to Note:
**Must be 25 years of age or older to reserve**

We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. All of this is included with the "cleaning fee". You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay and we recommend renting our incredible super light and durable backpack style beach chairs to make your stay even more enchanting (available through a link after your booking)!

About the Area

Located in Surfside Beach, this condo is by the sea. The Market Common and Broadway at the Beach are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Family Kingdom Amusement Park and SkyWheel Myrtle Beach. Ripley's Aquarium and Fun Warehouse are also worth visiting.

• June, July, and August are high season in the Myrtle Beach area. Booking your Myrtle Beach vacation home in Fall or Spring months is a good way to save on your vacation home. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
• Look for your local Myrtle Beach area magazine when you check-in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, travel guides contain deals for nearby accommodations, tours and attractions.
