Our very roomy, 3 bedroom/2 bath, condo has a elegant, up close and personal view of the coveted, southern end of the beach from the living room, master bedroom and balcony.



The tiled, living room has sliding glass doors to the balcony. We have a enormous table and 4 comfortable chairs for calming and appreciating the view of the ocean or maybe having a nice breakfast outside. The living room has a queen sleeper couch and a wall mounted 50" Intelligent TV. The ocean view dining area will seat six + we have three additional seats at the bar. Our striking enlarged kitchen has been completely refreshed with new cabinetry, granite countertops, and upgraded appliances. Our kitchen is completely outfitted with dinnerware, cookware, bakeware and more.



New LVT floor just added in the master bedroom, queen bedroom and twin bedroom. The primary bedroom has a handsome view of the ocean! and our new remote controlled solar shades will allow you to appreciate every inch of it. Primary bedroom has a king size bed, sliding glass doors that provide direct access to the balcony and en suite bath. The adjoining master bath is refreshed with double vanity sinks and granite tops, and walk in shower. We have a huge walk in closet.



Guest room #1 has a queen size bed, TV and new LVT floor. Plantation shutters just installed and wall mount Intelligent TV.



Guest room #2 has two twin beds and new LVT floor, plantation shutters, and Intelligent TV. A playful professionally painted fish theme on the wall is super cute for the kids. The en suite/hall bath has also been refreshed with granite topped vanity and walk in shower.



New front load washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and plenty of complimentary parking. This is a terrific condo! Ideal for your next vacation.
