Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. There is parking for 1 upsized or 2 standard cars at this site. If you have additional cars, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies). Once your booking request is approved, you will receive an e-mail with instructions for paying your deposit to hold the reservation. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received. House Rules: Prices and costs are non-negotiable. Renters must be at least 25 years old, and present during the rental period. MAXIMUM occupancy is 6. No smoking in the home.
