This unit is on the first or ground floor, which requires no steps to get to.



*This condo does not have any designated parking onsite. It may be possible to use a spot for another unit depending on occupancy levels but guests need to inquire in advance. Otherwise, there is metered street parking available right next to the condo for $10-$15/day in season, and in the offseason it`s completely complimentary!
