You’ll have full access to the entire condo, including both private balconies, as well as all of the amenities at the Patricia Grand Resort. The only space that isn’t accessible is a modest, locked owner’s closet — we enjoy you leaving that undisturbed.

Up to two modest or medium dogs are welcome at The Salty Bite. There are a few weight and breed restrictions due to building rules, so just reach out if you'd like to confirm before booking. We're always happy to help.

???? **About Kids**
Kids are welcome, but please note the condo is not childproofed. We ask that parents keep a close eye on young kids and anyone who might be tempted to discover every hidden surprise throughout the condo.

???? **Painless Check-In**
The Salty Bite is a privately owned condo with a coded intelligent lock, so you can skip the front desk and head straight upstairs. If anything doesn't go smoothly when you arrive, contact us directly and we'll take care of it.

???? **Parking**
Your stay includes two complimentary parking passes in the garage across the street. Motorcycles are welcome with a pass. If you're traveling with an upsized car, let us know before your arrival so we can help you plan the best parking option.

????️ **Refunds & Travel Insurance**
If a mandatory evacuation is ordered, refunds will be issued for any unused nights. We're unable to offer refunds for weather-related delays or cancellations outside the evacuation area. For added tranquility of mind, especially during hurricane season (June through November), we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
