This condo features the primary bedroom with a queen size bed, the second bedroom has a full size bed and there is also a queen size sleeper couch in the living room. This unit features a full kitchen and living room with a modest dining table. The balcony and both bedroom windows have direct ocean vistas to appreciate. We have indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy river, infant pool & huge kids splash pad.

The balcony is right off the living area with exceptional vistas of the Atlantic Ocean!
The kitchen is refreshed with stainless steal appliances and completely outfitted to prepare a meal.
The living space features a new queen size pull out sleeper couch with vistas of the ocean and a new dining table set.
There is one full bathroom with shower/tub combo.
The bedrooms have new furnishings.
This condo does feature a pack in play crib in the unit to use if needed.

The condo is located in a gated community with 24 hour security.

This condo resort offers tons of amenities on the grounds including an onsite restaurant (hours vary by season), numerous outdoor and indoor pools available, exercise center, laundry room (for a fee), kids playground, basketball court, tennis court, volleyball court and of course we cannot forget direct beach access.

We also provide for the beach a cooler, chairs and an umbrella. We also have a basketball, volleyball and tennis rackets available to use in the unit.

Privately owned unit- no daily housekeeping. We provide a starter pack of TP, paper towels, soaps, etc and 2 sets of towels per guest.

This is a non-smoking property. The HOA also does not allow family pets.

There are no restrictions of amenties at the resort. You have full access to all amenities in the resort.

You do have to pay for parking at the gate to stay at this resort. Starting January 1, 2025 the new parking rate will be $5 per day per car or $50 per month for monthly stays.

You must be 23 years old in order to rent this unit. This is an HOA requirement and security checks this at the gate when you arrive.
