2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom, ground-level home in Ocean Lakes Resort. INCLUDES GOLF CART!! This home is a modernized converted camper-addition. Covered Deck and Seating - Backyard Area with Seating and Firepit - 50 Inch Intelligent TV in the Living Room - Central Air Conditioning and Heat - Washer/Dryer in-home.

LINENS: We INCLUDE Linens & Bath Towels!!! (Just bring your beach towels).

OUSIDE: Appreciate the outdoor covered side porch, and the privacy of the back patio area. You'll also have access beach chairs & sand toys for the kiddos. Propane grille for cookouts.

INSIDE: a supplied kitchen for preparing meals, washer & dryer in-home, and a bathtub/shower combo.

**Free use of Owner's GOLF CART for licensed drivers age 21+. Golf Cart Waiver required. Driver's License upload Required for each driver. GOLF CART MAY NOT LEAVE THE GATED COMMUNITY OF OCEAN LAKES FAMILY CAMPGROUND

*Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 5-days after your stay is complete.

**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/nighttime). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking costs are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.

MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the home. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS.
