Kitchen is entirely equipped with all basics. sleeps up to guests.

The Space:
2 bedrooms, 1 bath, great comfortable space. 2 King beds. Bedrooms located upstairs (must climb stairs)
*Kitchenette is fully equipped with all basics. Dining area.
*Sheets and linens supplied.
*Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Animals are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are supplied for showers only.

Guest Access:
The apartment is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Parking is complimentary (2 parking spots available)

*This is a multiunit property where other guests stay.
*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Family Pets are not allowed on beds and furnishings and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furnishings, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper included, guests should bring their own extras.
*Bed sheets are included (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are supplied (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

Broadway at the Beach and Coastal Grand Mall are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit SkyWheel Myrtle Beach and Ripley's Aquarium. Family Kingdom Amusement Park and Chapin Memorial Park are also worth visiting.

Summer time is high season in Myrtle Beach. To get the best value, try shifting your family's Myrtle Beach vacation week to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer pleasant temperatures, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
