The unit also includes an additional full bath conveniently located near the common area. Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with their own T.V.s. For added convenience, a stackable washer and dryer are included. The inviting living room opens to a private balcony with gorgeous ocean vistas, ideal for relaxation. The well-equipped kitchen features a dining table with six chairs and full-sized appliances, including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and refrigerator with an ice maker.
