The Neighborhood:
This home is located in South Myrtle Beach, just one block from the beach. South Myrtle Beach offers a long stretch of sandy beach, ideal for calming, swimming, and water sports. It has a variety of attractions that cater to families, such as miniature golf courses, arcades, and the trendy Family Kingdom Amusement Park. The neighborhood has a casual dining scene with options along the beach and in close by shopping plazas.

Other Things to Note:
The garage is 86 inches wide and can either fit up to two standard-sized cars or standard-sized SUVs. However, upsized SUVs will not fit. For any additional cars they will have to pay to park on the street. Bikers are welcome.
