This is not your typical hotel-style stay. This is home away from home. Wake up to the therapeutic sounds and extraordinary vistas of the ocean & sunsets. Take walks along the beach, sunbathe or read a book on the beach and escape the chaos!

South Carolina is known for it’s mecca golf courses, over 90 just in our area. Charleston is a fabulous daytrip. Shoppers, we have two Tanger Outlets right in our town. Some of our favorites places are: The Marsh Walk, Pawleys Island, Market Commons, Broadway on the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Top Golf, the Carolina Opry Theatre, Little River, Botonical Gardens…. and so much more. I encourage you to look these up for additional information

Unwind on the rocking chairs on the enormous oceanfront balcony and listen to the gentle Atlantic waves. Play on the beach, savor the outdoor Hot tub, or mellow in your private Jacuzzi Tub . Take a swim in the heated indoor pool or lazy river. Sunbathe by the outdoor pool or take a long walk down the beach. Inside, simply watch a movie on the 75" intelligent TV (one of 7 flat panels TV's) in the condo.

We strive to keep our condo refreshed, maintained, & CLEAN. It is our second home that is well cared for which we take alot of pride in.

When considering which condo or building to rent, keep in mind that they are not all alike. “You WILL get what you pay for!” Watch out For property management costs that are enormous! Those costs are not factored into nightly prices. Typically, those properties are not kept up like ours.

We really want to welcome you to Ocean Blue, really one of the nicest oceanfront condos available in Myrtle Beach. This 5 bedroom 4 bath luxury condo is one of only 36 luxury units in the Resort and is located on South Ocean Blvd. This complex is a unique, modren oceanfront resort that maintains a very private and exclusive feel but is close to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer.

The 2800 square foot residence features all of the luxuries you could possibly expect. The kitchen opens to the roomy dining room and great room, all with striking vistas of the Grandiose Strand Beach and Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is equipped with a double oven, 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, stove top, constructed-in microwave and all the necessities for cooking up anything. The condo also features a separate media room where you can appreciate a movie or a game without disrupting the activities in the main living area.

Our unit is all on one level and provides simple access for all age groups. We have not had any problems accommodating wheelchair guests. The common bathroom has a 3-inch step-in shower stall & bench. Attached covered parking, private indoor and outdoor pools, and a hottub tub in one of the 4 bathrooms are just some of the amenities you will find.

Our Condo is ideal for sizable or modest family groups and Golfers. We welcome guests to check out oceanfront living in the winter months for great prices. Winter rates are available anytime from December through March. Please call us for more information and updated rates.

Our condo rents for $1400-$5000 per week, depending on the season. If you break that down into the number of people we can host, it's very reasonable. It's especially great for those who need many separate sleeping rooms. You are NOT going to find this set up in an hotel chain.

*Each guest will receive ONE bath towel, ONE hand towel and ONE washcloth.
*Absolute MAXIMUM number of guests: 12
*We have washer& dryer in unit. We anxiety guests use HE (high efficiency) laundry detergents (not supplied by owners).
*Two parking spots are also supplied at no additional charge. Any other cars ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Vehicles will get towed at guest expense without parking pass inside car!
*The parking garage is very tight. The absolute highest clearance is 7ft!
*ABSOLUTELY NO TRAILERS or MOTORCYCLES allowed in the parking garage.
*All bed linens & towels are included, and non-negotiable.
*Top Bunk Beds are NOT made-up (clean linens is supplied).
*PLEASE inform/share all info with all guests in your event.
