-MINIMUM RENTER AGE IS 25, PROOF OF AGE REQUIRED. GUEST AGE 25 OR OLDER MUST BE STAYING ON PROPERTY AT ALL TIMES.
-NON SMOKING Property
-Guests will have access to all resort amenities EXCEPT for the on site restaurant.
-ONLY 1 VEHICLE ACCEPTED AS THIS IS A 1 BEDROOM CONDO.
-LAUNDRY: Coin operated laundry room on the 4th floor for additional convenience.
-This unit is located on the 5th floor with elevator access.
-Updated dual coffee maker.
-VERY IMPORTANT: Smaller Vehicles must not park on the 1st floor, must be on the 2nd or third floor of parking garage or subject to being towed.
-No family pets allowed
-No motorbikes, golfcarts, or trailers.
-Pool may close during November-April
-Daily housekeeping service is not supplied
-One roll of toilet paper, dish soap and paper towels are supplied in a starter bag.

***NOTE: Unit is currently for sale. This will not affect your reservation. There may be a 5-10 showing during your stay - You will be notified in advance. A licensed Realtor will be there, and they will lock up when they leave - just go about your vacation as usual! You are welcome to be in the condo or not - it is up to you. -We are a privately owned unit, sheets and towels are only included at the beginning of the stay.***


Policies:
-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.

-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.

This resort is ideal for guests who appreciate being in the middle of all the town has on offer while appreciating the privacy and comfort of your own home.

Top rated location and complimentary parking on site.  Taxis and Uber are also fast and economical with attractions, eateries, shopping, and more less than 5 mins. away.

House Rules

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an additional nighttime to your stay if needed.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the complimentary cancellation window.

7. CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.
