* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

*This is a non-smoking condo.

*No family pets allowed.

* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am

*This unit is located on the 14th floor.

*Pool is closed around November 1-April 1st

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in

*No motorbikes, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.

*No grilles on property.

*Coin operated laundry room.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap supplied.

*One parking pass included in unit. No additional passes will be supplied.

*Drip coffee maker included in unit.

*Units one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

*Guests will have access to all resort amenities EXCEPT for the on site restaurant.

*VERY IMPORTANT: Smaller Vehicles must not park on the 1st floor, must be on the 2nd or third floor of parking garage or subject to being towed.

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your tranquility of mind, guests are required to choose either a $29 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a returnable $500 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

Top rated location and complimentary parking on site.  Taxis and Uber are also fast and economical with attractions, eateries, shopping, and more less than 5 mins. away.

Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $29 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a returnable $500 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an additional nighttime to your stay if needed.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the complimentary cancellation window.
