Conveniences abound in this oceanfront gem. The chic, full-size kitchen comes completely equipped with pristine granite counters and top-of-the-line appliances. Sliding-glass-doors in the roomy master bedroom and the charmingly appointed living room flood the entire rental with an abundance of natural light while also accepting for simple access to the private, oceanfront balcony.

Outside your condo, non-stop fun awaits you at the Caribbean Resort. Spend some quality time playing with your kids in either the indoor or outdoor swimming pools. Savor a little time to yourself with a relaxing workout in the state-of-the-art exercise room. Then, after your workout, soothe your weary muscles with a relaxing soak in the outdoor hot tub. And, best of all, take just a few steps away from your resort, and you will find your toes sinking into the warm sand of the beach.

The Caribbean Resort is comprised of many buildings that encompass numerous swimming pools—both indoors and outside—lazy river, hot tubs and far more than a kiddie pool.

There is a water park with the slide at the Caribbean Resort that is the ideal attraction for kids. And all of this is in addition to the Atlantic Ocean that is essentially your backyard. Other things to note
All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there’s no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check in by 4pm.

Parking passes (2) will already be waiting for you in your suite.

All rooms are entirely furnished and equipped with basic kitchen silverware such as silverware and plates/bowls.

For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grandiose allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.

Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a modest fee.

Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not included by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.

Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must be made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you.


- Must be 21 to book.
-Only guests that are staying in the suite are allowed in the suite. Evidence of unauthorized guests in the unit will result in an additional charge of $100 per person per nighttime. Please be sure to notify us if additional guests will be joining you.
-Evidence of an unauthorized pet in the unit will result in an additional cleaning charge of $250.00.
-This is a non-smoking suite. Any evidence of smoking and there will be an additional cleaning charge of $250.00.
-Only guests who booked the suite are allowed in the suite.
-This is not a hotel room but a privately owned suite. Please leave it like you found it and respect this place.
-Please report any damages to your suite upon check-in. Any damages caused during your stay will be charged upon check-out.
-Per Resort Rules peaceful time is 11pm-6am. Please be mindful of other resort guests. If resort rules are not followed, you may be asked to leave.

Please note that during Winter months, there may be renovations in the resort or close by suites. Some resort amenities may be closed or have limited hours during this time. Prices are reduced during the winter to compensate for this possibility.


CANCELLATION POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:
*Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund.
Travelers must cancel by 11:59pm on the cut-off day (60 days prior to check in) to receive a refund. All times are specific to your property's time zone.*
