located at 2501 South Ocean blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. Comfortably sleeps up to 6. 1 enormous bedroom that has 2 queen size beds with new comfortable thick beds. Livingroom/dining room area has a dining table that pulls down into a full size murphy bed. Private 3rd floor oceanfront balcony with pretty ocean & beach vistas and the Sounds of ocean waves.. Totally equipped kitchen with stainless kitchen appliances and granite countertops, Also includes a Keurig, a drip coffee maker, dishwasher. and outfitted with blender, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and silverware needed to feel like home. There is even a nice washer/dryer in the unit. Parking for 1 car in the attached parking garage. (All handicap accessible) additional parking in lot, if available. Conveniences include access to 2 buildings that have numerous indoor heated and outdoor pools, 2 hot tubs, indoor lazy river, kids splash pools, exercise center a restaurant in the hotel building. a convenience store right across the street. the resort has 4 high speed elevators a nice exercise room, and outdoor areas to relax.
We are the owner/operator , so eliminating all of the additional Management, booking, resort costs. Also, I am a retired Market and Deli Owner and have great cleanliness, and Customer Service standards. I am even Safe Serve certified. We are striving for 5 star reviews..... we are always updating and improving. We clean and stock needed basic necessities.

This Condo is privately owned and does not have daily housekeeping or maintenance from the hotel. We will provide our personal phone number for any questions or problems. We live close by. We supply all Clean linens, towels, basic necessities, and an extremely clean condo.
