Lobby level means direct access from the covered parking garage or the beach – no more waiting for elevators. The oceanfront balcony provides a beautiful view across shining pools, lush green landscaping and the blue ocean – the ideal place to savor your morning coffee or favorite evening drink. You will quickly see why this privately owned suite has become a favorite vacation destination.

This is the beach vacation that your family will talk about for years. The unique design has ideally combined modren living in a calming beach getaway. Please Note:
Private vacation rental guests can appreciate the heated bi-level pool and hot tub at Margate Tower (year-round). However, the resort exercise center facilities, the Embassy Suites Complex Splash Park and other resort pools located throughout Kingston Plantation are not accessible to private vacation rental guests.

We generally accept Saturday to Saturday, 7-nighttime reservations in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Alternate check-in / check-out dates and/or shorter stays may be available upon request, with a 3-nighttime minimum Memorial Day to Labor Day.

HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay.

Additionally, smoking is NOT allowed inside the condo or out on the balcony. Animals are not allowed at any time.

Please Note: Resort management restricts golf cart units to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Guests who wish to bring their personal golf carts may do so, only after completing a registration form with the resort office prior to arrival. This is the current resort policy which is subject to change. Motorcycle parking is allowed in the designated motorcycle parking area only; located just prior to the front gate and across from the exercise center. Trailer parking is NOT allowed at any time.

  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property managers usually offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance.   • Upon check-out, complete a final walk-through to confirm you didn't forget any personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent feedback to propel new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review.
