Savor many upgrades, including impressive granite countertops throughout and an extended island/bar in the well-appointed kitchen. Please Note: The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and

Per Kingston Resort HOA Policy:
Private vacation rental guests do not have access to the exercise center, resort shuttle transportation, Embassy Suites pool complex, or pools located elsewhere around Kingston Resort. Guests of Margate can savor the heated bi-level pool and hot tub year-round.

Resort management restricts golf cart units to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Motorcycle parking is allowed in the designated motorcycle parking area only, located just prior to the front gate and across from the exercise center. Trailer parking is NOT allowed at any time.
