2 bedroom ocean view 16th floor Myrtle Beach Resort | This handsome 2 bedroom unit features a sitting/dining area with a queen sleeper couch, completely appointed kitchen complete with pots, pans, dishes, glassware and silverware, 2 private bedrooms with a queen bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom, 2 full baths and a private balcony with an ocean view. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are supplied.

The 33 acre oceanfront Myrtle Beach Resort (yes, that is the name of the resort) offers nearly 700 feet of white sandy beaches and crystal blue waters directly on the Atlantic Ocean. A water park with 375 foot lazy river, four outdoor pools (one beach front), two indoor pools, three health spas complete with steam rooms, saunas and jacuzzis, combined with two lighted tennis courts, a basketball court, and complimentary wireless internet access to offer every guest a vacation to remember.

Information regarding amenities for 2025

*******Starting January 1st, Myrtle Beach Resort has implemented a $5 per car/per day gate fee, payable upon 1st entry to the resort at the security guard gate. This is only payable by credit/debit card. You will receive your parking hangtag at that time for the dates of your stay. Please do not lose this hangtag as you will need to pay for a replacement tag. This is a resort policy and not by Endless Summer Beach Units*******

**Renaissance Tower will have on going ground level construction that is currently scheduled to be finished in the spring of 2025**
Lazy river water park will open no later than March 30th
1) All amenities (when open) at the resort are available to all guests at any time at no cost
3) Tower outdoor pool and indoor hot tub open all year round (will be unavailable until construction is finished in the spring of 2025)
4) Building B indoor pool and hot tub open all year round, oceanfront pool open same schedule as the lazy river water park. 5 Seasons indoor pool open all year round.
5) Oceanfront bar and grille: Open weather permitting, hours vary in spring/fall, open until 11pm during summer.

You must be 23 years old to rent at Myrtle Beach Resort. There is no smoking in the condo, on the balcony or inside any building at the resort. No family pets are allowed at the resort, no golf carts and no trailers (except during the specific days of the spring/fall bicycle weeks).

During spring/fall bicycles weeks, motorbikes are allowed and will also need to pay the $5 per bicycle/per day gate fee and have designated parking areas at each building. Trailers have a $100 fee paid at the front security gate on arrival. Must NOT be longer than 18ft ball hitch to rear bumper and also have designated parking areas. Trailers are ONLY allowed during spring/fall bicycle week dates.

During the season (dates vary but usually mid May to mid Sept), beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly from the lifeguards in front of the resort. They will set them up and take them down each day in the same spot for you. Very hassle complimentary.

Each building has an on site laundry room for use during your stay. We provide all your bed linens and bath towel sets (4 sets in a studio, 6 sets in 2 & 3 br units). We do not provide any linen service during your stay so please utilize the laundry room for any washing/drying needs.

Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, beach toys, chairs or other items for your stay. Things are left behind in units during the season but they are ever changing as guests come and go.

The resort is located 6 miles south of downtown Myrtle Beach (The Skywheel in downtown MB is located at 11th North, we are at 59th South)

The airport is a very painless Uber ride and less than 10 mins from the resort.

We have someone on-site at the resort most every day to take care of any issues immediately on arrival or during your stay.

When to book & When to go:

• Summer months are the most expensive season in coastal SC. Reserve your rental home in the Fall or Spring to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
• In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved very early. Reserving your rental six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your group qualifies for a discount.
• Property management companies frequently offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.
• Find a copy of your local visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. • Respect your neighbors. Often, surrounding homes are filled by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking regulations is the right thing to do.
• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually help. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
• Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental when you are out, just like you would at home.
• When it's time to leave, complete a final walk-through to confirm you did not forget any personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the rental one final time and look for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the host isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent reviews to stimulate future reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective.
