If relaxation is what you are looking for, dive into your choice of beach-side outdoor and indoor hot tubs or grab a tube and drift away into tranquility in one of two 225’ lazy rivers. Once inside the condo, there is plenty of room for families, couples and golfing buddies. You’ll find a cavernous living room and balcony, ideal for viewing the countless Myrtle Beach coastline. Endless resort amenities including 6 indoor and outdoor pools, kiddie pool, 10 indoor and outdoor hot tubs, two 225’ lazy rivers, sandy playground, outdoor fireplace, indoor game room, indoor exercise center, on-site dining (breakfast and lunch), coffee/snack shop, and seasonal poolside Tiki Bar. The resort also provides for onsite kid’s activities all year long (cash costs vary) plus poolside DJ all summer long (5/28 – 8/29: every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday plus other holiday dates).

Located in the Arcadian Shores area, some of the close by points of interest include the Tanger Outlets, Colonial Mall, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, the new Coastal Grand Mall, the freshly opened (Tiger Woods partnered) Popstroke, and many fashionable Myrtle Beach attractions such as 2000+ eateries, miniature golf, entertainment family shows, parasailing, tennis, jet-ski units, fishing and sailing. The Grand Strand has something for everybody.

No FAMILY FAMILY PETS, TRAILERS, MOTORCYCLES, GOLF CARTS, or COMMERCIAL VEHICLES allowed at this Property.

Parking is located at the Resort and up to 3 spaces will be available.

A code will be supplied at the time of Check-in for the intelligent lock.

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-returnable damage waiver included by a third-event insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

You must be twenty-five (25) years of age to book this Stay. The person that books the Stay must be staying in the Condo as well.

NO SMOKING/VAPING ACCEPTED IN CONDO OR ON BALCONY; violators will be fined. The resort provides designated smoking areas.
NO PETS ACCEPTED; family pets are NOT allowed.
FIREARMS ARE NOT ACCEPTED in any of our properties; any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest.
Motorcycles, trailers, golf carts and mopeds are NOT allowed.
Linens included (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and kitchen towels)
Daily cleaning service and daily linen service NOT supplied.
Departure cleaning supplied.
Hair coloring/dyeing NOT allowed. It does stain linens, towels, and furnishings and we want to avoid this.
No disposing of oils or grease in sinks; please dispose of in the garbage.
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilets.

Neighborhood peaceful hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. In addition to neighborhood rules, guests are also responsible for following the City of Myrtle Beach's Ordinance rules. Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting.

There is a $350 fine for any and each violation of the Sea Watch Resort rules that will be supplied to you.

Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Myrtle Beach, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

About the Area

Located on the beach, this condo is in Arcadian Shores, a neighborhood in Myrtle Beach. Apache Pier and Cherry Grove Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. Ripley's Aquarium and SkyWheel Myrtle Beach are not to be missed.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Myrtle Beach. To find the best value, try shifting your group's vacation week to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer pleasant temperatures, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
