Grandiose Atlantic Resort is close to all of the attractions that you would expect from Myrtle Beach, and is located in a family friendly locale. Savor ideal sunrises from your balcony as well gazing at the ocean and all its beauty!

3 outdoor pools, 3 indoor pools, and a lazy river are all featured at the smoke-complimentary Grand Atlantic Ocean Resort. The indoor pools are heated year round and the outdoor pools are heated until it gets very cold. Bring the family and appreciate the kids's pool, arcade/game room, and kid-friendly dining. A exercise center, complimentary parking, and a restaurant are also offered.

This oceanfront condo offers Free WiFi and 4TVs all Flat-screens including a 55 inch intelligent TV in the living room, and intelligent TVs in all bedrooms, a DVD player in the living room. Kitchen is entirely equipped and includes, microwave, and coffee maker. The kitchen cabinets have been refaced and all beds and box springs have been replaced as of November 2021. There is a full size washer and dryer in a separate closet. This condo features ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms and the living room. There is an electric fireplace that is sure to please the winter tenant. The condo feature all new living and dining room furnishings including a new couch. new tile backsplash and granite counter tops in the kitchen. All new stainless appliances plus new Luxury Vinyl Plank floor. EVERYTHING in the condo has been refreshed and replaced.

Also family pets are not allowed nor is the discharge of fireworks from the property, nor is the use of laser pointers.) UNIT DOES NOT ALLOW SMOKING AND IS DESIGNATED A NON-SMOKING UNIT. This unit has a minimum age requirement of 25 years of age and the booking is to a group of individuals then all persons in a group have to be over the age of 25 years. This does not apply to mother and fathers with kids albeit in those cases the parents must be over the age of 25. Rental Agreement is required!

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Myrtle Beach. Booking in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes.
  • The sooner your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are booked early. Booking your rental home six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
  • Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your group.
  • Property managers often offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance.
