SAND DUNES RESORT, located DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH in the handsome "GOLDEN MILE", the quieter section which is ideal for family vacations, beaching, shelling, walking and calming. CENTRALLY LOCATED, anything you could possibly want to see or do on THE GRAND STRAND is just a short drive away!

Condo #710 is an exceptional END CORNER UNIT (generally has more privacy and quieter) and is located on the 7TH FLOORING with a BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE OCEAN! Just open the sliding glass doors, sit on the HUGE WRAP AROUND BALCONY that wraps around the condo from the dining room to the master bedroom and relax to the comforting sights and sounds of the beautiful sea. It will SLEEP 8 PEOPLE with a KING BED IN TWO OF THE BEDROOMS and 2 full beds in the 3rd. For those of you who adore to prepare, you will surely savor the NEWLY REMODELED FULLY EQUIPPED LARGE KITCHEN with granite counter-tops, NEW APPLIANCES, all the pots, pans, new Kuerig, and any dinnerware you will need for those days when you just want to relax at the resort. Plus there is a WASHER/DRYER LOCATED WITHIN THE UNIT so you can keep those swimsuits and beach towels dry for every day use during your stay.

SAND DUNES RESORT FEATURES MANY OCEAN FRONT AMENITIES! Savor the beach, enormous pool, lazy river, splash station & kiddie pool which are all located ocean front! CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES THAT RESULT IN A SHORTENED STAY, THAT ARE MADE WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL, FORFEIT ALL MONIES PAID UNLESS THE CONDO IS REBOOKED FOR THE SAME RENTAL DATES & RATE. IF THE PROPERTY IS REBOOKED FOR THE RENTAL DATES (PARTIALLY OR FULLY) A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE RATE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO REBOOK THE PROPERTY FOR AT THE LAST MINUTE, MINUS A $100 CANCEL FEE.
