Arcadian Dunes is appealingly located just off Shore Drive in Myrtle Beach, within walking distance to the beach. The community offers a peaceful setting with close proximity to fashionable attractions including Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, Restaurant Row, the Apache Pier, and many golf courses. Property Rules:
Primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Anyone under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No family pets allowed. A $500 fine per pet and immediate eviction will be enforced for any violation.
No Motorcycles, RVs, trailers, ATVs, Golf Carts or side-by-sides are allowed on property.
No fireworks are allowed on or around the property.
This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit, on balconies, or in common areas. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking zones. Failure to comply will result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction.
Payment Policy: A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Resort Fee
A $20 per day resort fee is required and paid directly to Arcadian Dunes upon check-in. This fee grants access to all resort amenities, including pools, hot tub, and shared facilities.
