*Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, constructed around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, mins. from the beach and all main attractions.

* Totally outfitted kitchen with all basics, sleeps 8.



The Space:

*Cozy and specious condo, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths.

* 1 king bed, 2 queen beds , 1 queen pullout couch in the living room.

*kitchen completely equipped with all basics (condiments are not supplied).

* washer/dryer in the condo.

* Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Animals are not allowed.

*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are included for showers only.

*Linens for each bed are supplied.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands (8 wristbands are placed in the kitchen drawer) All 8 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband)

*No mailbox for this location.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is complimentary. motorbikes and trailers are not allowed on premises.

*Bath towels are supplied (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
