It's a privately owned condo on the 3rd floor with INCREDIBLE VIEW. Generous and Super clear LG 4k UHD Intelligent TVs ( Movie nights!! ), also new furnishings, linens, towels, S.S. appliances, etc. so many upgraded goodies.

Well maintained HVAC/Purified Air Flow, and air Filter is often changed.

Alluring Kitchenette has everything you need to prepare Simple Meals.

In the heart of downtown Myrtle, Walking distance to many attractions, Ocean front miles long Boardwalk, Amazing vistas and food at Rip Tydz Oceanfront & grille Rooftop bar, Gay dolphin gift shop ( so big you can get lost )!!! SkyWheel, great eateries, bars, Cafes, nighttime life, Starbuck's, grocery store, mins drive to Broadway at the beach, urgent care etc.

Free parking for condo guests is available across the street in the assigned parking tons. Uber is painless way to get around if you are going bit further out, our condo is right on the beach and Boardwalk so you can pretty much walk anywhere. Golf cart, scooter also a choice if you go somewhere close.

Our condo was designed with YOU in mind, we want to make a great vacation for you, and enjoy your time here as your second home. Top notch accommodation, central location to everything, and of course waking up to see the Ocean!! We believe you and your appreciate ones will enjoy this home as much as we do.

Friend reminder: NO-SMOKING inside the Unit and on Balcony, No Animals, No events, subject to $250 fine each.
*Minimum age requirement is 21 years old to book a reservation, NO more than 4 people in condo at any time. There’re cameras in lobby and elevator can be used to verify number of guests, $250 fine for Extra guests.

* Please take your trash out during your stay to prevent bugs. Wash all dishes that were used.

* Please keep the Patio door Closed when you Use HVAC to make sure our HVAC system is not running hard, so you and other guests can be very cozy when HVAC stay in a Good Condition.
* Conveniences that are listed such as Resort pools, hot tubs, etc. MAY or MAY NOT be available at your time of arrival, could be closed due to maintenance, upgrades or simply just the time of year ( we have no control over of this). No refunds due to this. *Airbnb Damage Claim: We sincerely wish you all have a great vacation and enjoy your stay at our oceanfront condo. Please treat our home as your own and we would greatly appreciate it. If guest breaks something beyond normal wear and tear, missing items, we would have to file a claim through Airbnb Resolution Center.
* Check out is by 10am. Please place used towels in towel hampers in bathrooms, take all the trash out. Do not set trash bags outside your door, it will resulting a charge from the HOA for clean up. You will be charged also if this occurs, please help us keep the property clean and safe for everybody

Located in Myrtle Beach, this condo is on the waterfront. Broadway at the Beach and Coastal Grand Mall are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Myrtle Beach Beaches and Myrtle Beach State Park.
