This updated OCEANFRONT cutie is located in the Iconic Atlantica One Building, it's your Clean, Cozy getaway to return to at the end of each beach day!! It offers a great, calming stay with 2 Full sized beds, 1 bath, 1 Kitchenette, 2 guests closets, modest sitting area for chatting with your adore ones with coffee or a glass of wine in hand and looking at fantastic ocean to make the best memories.

It's a privately owned condo on the 3rd floor with INCREDIBLE VIEW. Sizable and Super clear LG 4k UHD Intelligent TVs ( Movie nights!! ), also new furnishings, linens, towels, S.S. appliances, etc. so many upgraded goodies.

Well maintained HVAC/Purified Air Flow, and air Filter is often changed.

Handsome Kitchenette has everything you need to prepare Simple Meals.

Attention: Intelligent lock SELF check-in system, ( DON’T go to office to check in, they are onsite rental company. ) please go straight to the unit, the code will be supplied the date your arrival.
