Just a block away, you can appreciate the Family Kingdom Amusement Park with thrilling roller coasters, bumper cars, log flume and multiple other fun rides. Or spend the day at the Family Kingdom oceanfront waterpark. The downtown Skywheel is less than a mile away from the resort where you can take a ride in one of their air conditioned gondolas and see Myrtle Beach as you have never seen before. And at dusk, the Skywheel begins its light show. With over 1 million LED lights, the display can be seen up and down the boardwalk. Also, within steps is the 2nd Ave Pier, Restaurant and open air bar, where you can try your hand at pier fishing or just savor the striking sights. Downtown Myrtle Beach is full of excitement with tons of stores, eateries and attractions, all within walking distance.

The condo will sleep up to 8 people with a king in the master suite, 2 queens in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper in the living room. Each bedroom is equipped luxury linens, tons of closet space and flat panel tvs. Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom with tub/shower combination. The huge kitchen is entirely equipped with beautiful granite countertops, stainless appliances and has everything you would need for those days when you want to just stay at the resort and dine in. You will also have your own private washer/dryer in the condo so that you can keep those beach towels and swimsuits dry and ready for use.

The resort is full of fun amenities to make your vacation a memorable one. Enjoy the day on our beautiful beach, lounge around the enormous oceanfront pool or float around in the winding lazy river. The kids will appreciate the kiddie splash station that has an umbrella waterfall, and a sunken ship. After a fun evening out, relax in one of the resort's whirlpools while having an evening beverage.

When to visit & When to book:

• Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. To book the largest rental home within budget, we highly recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Myrtle Beach attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
• Owners sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
• Property management companies usually offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.

• Lock your rental while you're out and about. Keep your property safe!
• Make a record of any issues with the rental upon arrival, and immediately send them to the property manager. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that can be useful if a dispute arises.
• Be a good neighbor. Often times, surrounding homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking policies is the right thing to do.
• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
• Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected all belongings. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
• After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on great feedback to inspire new reservations. They'll be thankful for your review.
