Amazingly comfortable padded rocking chairs on the balcony where you can listen to the waves, see the handsome sunrises and dolphins, and get that home away from home feel. This is not your typical beach condo room... come and see why! We provide many items to make your stay fun and carefree - beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, modest ice chest, binoculars, games, books, wine bottle insulated carrier, and much more. This is decorated and comfortable as a home away from home - not a sterile hotel room. We are the owners and adore this unit and are here to answer questions and be available. It's like staying at a friend's place.

Quieter condo building with just 4 units per floor. It's your own getaway with the most spectacular vistas, esp at sunset and sunrise. See fireworks on the beach from your balcony throughout the year.

INSIDE - full kitchen with stove, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, baking dishes, pans, plates, platters, toaster, blender, microwave, and more. Linens and basic toiletries supplied. (bath and beach towels, linens, kitchen items, etc). Unit has WIFI and Intelligent TVs with Roku in bedroom and living room, over 500 channels, a safe, brand new couch/sleeper couch with Queen gel memory foam bed, dining table to savor meals at home, Keurig coffee pot AND standard drip coffee pot (cone filters), vacuum, ironing board, blow dryer and a standing towel warmer to keep swimsuits and towels warm and dry.

King bedroom suite - and oh that bedroom! Very chic and a true hideaway. Storage under the bed for your huge suitcases pieces so you can unpack and settle in. Plenty of drawer space.

Custom granite bar area IN the condo - with barstools, glasses, ice bucket, wine opener, Bose speaker for music. This is a real date place for a charming hideaway.

RESORT AMENITIES - Outdoor and indoor heated pools and hot tubs, on-site gym in your building, two lush lawns with lounge chairs and picnic tables, laundry room uses coins or app pay, drop off bags circle with suitcases carts available, multiple elevators, covered parking, vending machines in building. Showers on the private boardwalk to the beach so you can rinse off.

Walking distance to many dining options and main attractions. Just blocks from the main Boardwalk. Ideal location to be close to the activity BUT far enough away to be peaceful. Only 4 condos per floor, peaceful and more private than most. See Broadway at the Beach fireworks from the front balcony and the pier fireworks from the ocean front balcony during the peak seasons. Several eateries 2-3 blocks away, many on 21st Ave, we are on 24th.

No smoking and no family pets allowed on premises per HOA rules. Immediate eviction and $500 fine if smoking OF ANY TYPE occurs.

Pest control comes the 2nd Tuesday of every month, please let them in when they knock, takes just a few min.

One parking pass supplied on the refrigerator. Display in your car while using parking garage, return to refrigerator before leaving. $20 fine if not returned. No motorbikes, trailers or golf carts per HOA rules.

About the Area

Located in Myrtle Beach, this condo is near theme parks and on the beach. Broadway at the Beach and Coastal Grand Mall are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit SkyWheel Myrtle Beach and Ripley's Aquarium. Family Kingdom Amusement Park and Captain Hook's Adventure Golf are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including birdwatching.

May, September, and even October offer warm temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
