Please bring your favorite beach/pool towels, or you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach.

Must be clean and respectful guests to book. This is NOT a hotel room, but our personal condo, please treat it like your own.

We are at building 1—modest building ( more private) with the outdoor pool, our guests have full access to savor our year round indoor heated pool, hot tubs.. Lazy river and outdoor pools in building 2.

No family pets nor events in condo. Violations are subject to a minimum $250.00 fine.

*We charge up to $65.00 for stained, missing linens and towels.
*Max number of guests is 6
*No smoking inside condo, balcony supplied. Any sign of smoking/pets/events/events will be $250.00 Fine.
*Please take your trash out during your stay to prevent bugs. Wash all dishes that were used.
*Please don`t take our towels out of unit to pools or the beach.
*Conveniences that are listed such as Resort pools, hot tubs, etc. MAY or MAY NOT be available at your time of arrival, could be closed due to maintenance, upgrades or simply just the time of year ( we have no control over of this). No refunds due to this.
