Ground floor parking is very limited and not guaranteed. So, guests with upsized cars may need to park at metered city parking if ground floor spaces are unavailable.
Routine Pest Control happens monthly. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not supplied, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. 2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events completely agree to those terms.
