Upon entering the double doors to this elegant condo, you find a gourmet kitchen, with a sizable granite breakfast bar with seating for 4 + dining table for 6. It is a entirely equipped for cooking & dining in, with an abundance of dinner ware, wine glasses, and prepare ware. A wine cave, is a nice addition for your beverages, and there are all hi-line, full sized appliances, throughout, including trash compactor.

Living room has a leather sectional and a flat screen TV in the entertainment unit, ( 5 flat screen TV's total in condo).
