Margate Tower is a direct ocean facing condo with over 3000 sq ft of space. This handsome 3 bedroom 3 bath condo is located on the 6th floor, with a spectacular view of the ocean from the balcony. Margate has only 9 units per floor, with carpeted, interior corridors, resembling the best hotels , and features the finest of the best in decor and design. The 145-acre resort, features lakes, with tropical plantings throughout.

Upon entering the double doors to this gorgeous condo, you find a gourmet kitchen, with a enormous granite breakfast bar with seating for 4 + dining table for 6. It is a completely equipped for cooking & dining in, with an abundance of dinner ware, wine glasses, and prepare ware. A wine cave, is a nice addition for your beverages, and there are all hi-line, full sized appliances, throughout, including trash compactor.

Living room has a leather sectional and a flat screen TV in the entertainment unit, ( 5 flat screen TV's total in condo). A separate laundry room with access from the hallway, acts as a 'sand' room off the main living area of the condo. Custom shutters let in the sunlight and an ocean view from every room.

Handsomely furnished, Master Br 1 has 1 King pillow-topped (sleigh) bed, with flat screen TV and DVD player. The giant master bath adjoins with jetted tub, double granite sink, separate over-sized shower.

The 2nd BR has 1 King 4 poster bed, flat screen TV; Full bath with humongous tub, shower, and granite counters.

The 3rd BR has 1 Queen pillow-topped bed, flat screen TV and great furnishings as well. Full bathroom has shower (without tub).

The den adds more seating with a sleeper couch, and a flat screen TV. It creates another room for watching movies, while the adults use the living room.

The outdoor balcony offers sweeping view of the beach and ocean and is furnished with a hi-top table and 4 chairs, as well as 4 additional chairs and end table.

You are located mid-point between North Myrtle Beach & Myrtle Beach proper, giving you many venues for entertainment such as Broadway at the Beach. WonderWorks, the upside down home, Zip line, are only a few new attractions; Ripley's Aquarium is a favorite and Broadway has over 150 stores, eateries, and attractions for all ages.

Barefoot Landing is only 15 mins. North of Margate, and you may appreciate many evenings strolling through the stores, and eateries, feeding the fish & ducks, and then to the Alabama Theatre for the best live entertainment at the beach.
