Our one bedroom suite can sleep up to six guests and is available exclusively through the official On-Site Rental provider.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• The reservation payment is non-returnable.
• Any changes made to the reservation, prior to arrival, will incur a $20 fee per change; changes include, but are not limited to date changes and room type changes* You will be charged through Vacation Rental By Owner at the time of making your change.
• No refund for early departures.

*Any changes will require your booking to be re-calculated based on the current best available rate and the new actual length of stay. Early departures require checkout by 11:00am.

About the Area

Located in Myrtle Beach, this resort is near theme parks and on the beach. Apache Pier and Cherry Grove Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing. Ripley's Aquarium and Family Kingdom Amusement Park are not to be missed. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Cost saving strategies:

• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Summer months are the most expensive season in Myrtle Beach. To get the largest rental home within your budget, we highly recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Myrtle Beach restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
• Some property managers offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
