Welcome to the most charming part of the East Coast: Myrtle Beach! With so many things to do and sights to see, you and your group will want for nothing when you stay at this conveniently located condo. The beach is merely steps away, but if that isn't enough, there's multiple pools, a hot tub, a exercise area, and a lazy river!

Inside you'll find a bright interior with tons of natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The living area invites you to relax and host a movie nighttime on the enormous TV, while the kitchen is set up ideally to make sizable meals or beach picnic snacks. The main bedroom is charming in that it has another TV for private viewing, a private entrance to the balcony overlooking the ocean, and a alluring en suite bathroom.

Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will savor complimentary Blockbuster units during your stay.

All Oceana Resorts guests receive complimentary play before 7 pm for all members of their event. Lost Mine Miniature Golf is located downtown near numerous of our other properties. This course is open seasonally from March through October. All Oceana Resorts guests are included with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one complimentary ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the complimentary tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Kids’s activities are available each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, and pool games! Snowbird activities are available each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowboard community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, and Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets.

Things to Know
The spa and hot tub are undergoing a replacement project to install a new 10-seat spa/hot tub. As such, the current spa and hot tub will be unavailable until fall 2024. Guests may use Bluegreen Resort's spa and hot tub complimentary of charge during this upgrade.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

• Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible).
