This newly modernized first-floor condo in The River Oaks Golf Villas is ready for your next vacation or business trip. The condo features one bedroom and one bathroom and is conveniently located less than a mile off Highway 501 and Highway 31 (the two main highways in the area) and within mins. of multiple award-winning golf courses. It's less than a 10-min. drive to the Myrtle Beach International Airport, the handsome Grandiose Strand beaches, Broadway at the Beach (a huge dining and entertainment complex), Coastal Grand Mall, Topgolf, and Market Common—an outdoor shopping mall and lifestyle center. Guests will have access to an indoor pool, outdoor pool, and tennis courts, as well as a handsome view of the River Oaks Golf Course and putting green.

This condo was freshly refreshed with fresh paint throughout, an updated kitchen featuring quartz countertops, new appliances, and all-new furnishings. It is entirely furnished, including one bedroom, one bathroom, a living room, a full kitchen, and a private screened patio with great vistas of the golf course. As you make your way through the condo, you'll find the completely outfitted kitchen with plentiful counter space, striking cabinetry, a double-compartment sink, a full-size stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, mounted microwave, and a breakfast bar. We also provide all the basic kitchen necessities, including dishes, plates, cups, silverware, a toaster, coffee maker, cookware, cooking silverware, and much more!

The living room, located just off the kitchen, features a couch that converts to a queen-sized bed, a wall-mounted TV, an accent chair, side tables, a coffee table, bar stools, and access to the private screened patio with comfortable seating and a pod chair. The sleeper couch comfortably accommodates 1-2 guests. This condo was elegantly decorated with modern decor, making this rental really one-of-a-kind.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything needed to appreciate your stay. We also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic cable and dedicated Wi-Fi.
