The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this ground floor, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in the River Oaks Golf Villas in Myrtle Beach, SC. This condo is conveniently located less than a mile off of highway 501 and highway 31 (the two main highways in the area) and within mins. of multiple award winning golf courses! Our condo is less than a 10 min. drive to the Myrtle Beach International Airport, Top Golf, the beach, Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and many other tourist attractions. This apartment offers pretty vistas of the River Oaks Golf Course and the putting green! Guests will also have access to an indoor pool, outdoor pool, and tennis courts!

This apartment was newly remodeled as of Fall 2023 with fresh paint throughout, refreshed kitchen with quartz counters, new appliances, and all new furnishings. This condo is entirely furnished featuring 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, full kitchen, and an upsized, enclosed patio with great vistas of the greenery and vegetation. The bedroom features a queen bed, dresser, wall mounted TV, ceiling fan, and access to the hallway bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower, toilet, vanity, and mirror. There is a washer/dryer combo located in the bathroom closet. Guests will appreciate the convenience of being able to do their laundry in the comfort of the condo!

Making our way through the apartment, guests will find the completely-outfitted kitchen centrally located in the apartment. The kitchen features plentiful counter space, striking cabinetry, double-compartment sink, full size stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and mounted microwave. We also provide all basic kitchen necessities that include dishes, plates, cups, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, cooking silverware, and much more!

The living room is located just off from the kitchen. The living room features 1 couch that converts to a queen-sized bed, wall mounted TV, accent chair, side tables, coffee table, bar stools, and access to the private enclosed patio. The sleeper couch will comfortably accommodate 1-2 guests. The living room is really the most calming area of the entire apartment. This apartment was charmingly decorated, the new floor and modern decor are great touches that really make this rental one-of-a-kind!

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to savor your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
