Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom is set up similarly, with balcony access from both bedrooms. Intelligent T.V.s in each bedroom.Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a tub / shower unit. Comfy king sized beds are in each bedroom. Linens and towels are supplied, as well as blow dryers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
A kitchen outfitted with dishes, pots, pans, and modest appliances, and a dining table for 4 is convenient. There is a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and electric range, as well as a Keurig coffee maker, and other modest appliances. The unit has a huge capacity washer and dryer.
Beach towels and beach chairs are included for guest use, as well as a few bag coolers! Enjoy the beach that is just a short drive away! Or, lounge by the pool that is located on the waterway! The pool is open seasonally and there is no lifeguard on site. Also, appreciate tennis or pickleball on the newly resurfaced court that is rarely used. It is available on a first come / first serve basis, as is the day dock on the waterway. The dock is convenient for boat watching or fast tie-ups, but beware if the wake created by passing boats in the no-wake zone.
On site parking for two cars per unit is conveniently accessible. Handicap parking is limited. Trailer parking is not available.
About the Area
Located in Socastee, this condo is near theme parks and on the waterfront. The Market Common and Broadway at the Beach are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Myrtle Beach State Park and Myrtle Beach Beaches. Ripley's Aquarium and Family Kingdom Amusement Park are not to be missed. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
