Cozy Beach Cottage with an open floor plan. 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Grand screened in porch. Ideal for your family vacation. It can sleep 6 comfortably. There is 24 hour security in OSV. We are just a short walk to the pool, splash pad, hottub and wading pool. And just mins. away from the beach by Car, Bicycle, Walk or Golf Cart ride.

The kitchen is completely equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, and oven. dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee cups, glasses, toaster, pots and pans, storage bowls, silverware, silverware of all sorts, dinner plates, serving bowls, drinking glasses as well as wine glasses.

The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board and iron.

The home has a impressive screened in porch that is entirely furnished with a swing! It's a really great place for coffee in the mornings, lunch and dinner in the evenings.

* NO FAMILY PETS - Due to Allergies we are no longer accepting family pets.

*ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING in the HOME! PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL and SMOKE OUTSIDE AWAY FROM THE HOME. Please and Thank you!

*Bring your own Sheets, towels and linens. You are also required to supply your own paper products, trash bags, laundry detergent,etc.

*We provide you with 1 queen size bed, 1 full size bed and 1 twin size bed, 1 full size sleeper couch bed and 1 twin size sleeper couch bed in the den. 1 full size air bed that is located in the hall closet.

*The GOLF CART is for GUEST use ONLY to use to and from the pools and the beach ONLY. OSV provides us with oceanfront private beach parking. You MUST be 18 and have a valid driver's license on your person to operate the golf cart.

*You will need to purchase a Golf Cart Key Card at the OSV office to get in and out of the beach access and into the village on the cart.

* We rent from SATURDAY to SATURDAY (ONLY)

* Our Check-In Time is 2:00 pm
* Check-Out Time is 11:00 am
(STRICTLY ENFORCED for CLEANING PURPOSES)

* We rent weekly 7 to 14 days during peak season (Spring and Summer.)
No more than 14 days straight during peak time.

* During off season we will rent up to 30-to-90 - days and nothing over after labor day. Off season months are Fall and Winter.

*There are cleaning products and cleaning rags. Look under kitchen sink, bathrooms for cleaning supplies. In the hall closet is the vacuum cleaner, a steam mop with replacement pads, broom and dustpan are located in the laundry room for convenience to remove sand and dirt from the home.

*When using the vacuum... Please be sure to empty the canisters after each use.

* Check and replace the homes air filter. These are supplied. This will ensure that the home stays cool in the hot months and warm in the winter months. Extras are in the hall closet and it keeps down the allergens. If you ever have to buy some to replace we will reimburse you. Just let us know.

* AS A COURTESY to others.... We ask that you leave one courtesy roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for the next clients coming in. :-) !

*Our home is treated for Pest on a regular basis. *The trash should be taken out daily. This will ensure a clean environment with no infestation of bugs that come from store goods, paper bags, boxes and take out food.

* There are four striking fishing lakes, tennis courts, basketball court, enormous softball field, volleyball court, bocce court, horseshoes, Pickle Ball Court, Shuffleboard, Enclosed DOG PARK, and tons of walking space. There is also a playground area for modest kids. The village is located on roughly 180 acres. There is also a FITNESS CENTER and Activities Center where the village holds events, dances, dinners, bingo, etc. Check the OSV office for a schedule of events.

* Our Cancellation Policy is moderate. Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, there won't get a refund.
