This oceanfront 1 bedroom suite is located on the 7th floor of the Meridian Plaza Resort in Myrtle Beach. Conveniently located to everything along the Grandiose Strand, the Meridian is a ideal location for our guests.

As of January 2024, this condo had some impressive renovations, and we could not be more excited to share them with you! For starters, in the bedroom the two full size beds were replaced with a brand-new king-size bed! There is also a bags/ suitcase rack! Two new accent walls were installed, one in the bedroom and one in the living room! Guests will appreciate the modern feel these accents give! In the kitchen all new stainless-steel appliances were installed along with new granite counter tops and added cabinet space! This condo is a showstopper and guests will appreciate how warm and welcoming it is!

This 1-bedroom apartment has numerous unique features! For starters a mix of huge tiles and luxury vinyl plank floors flow delightfully throughout the entire apartment. This vacation rental has interior opaque glass doors across the entire wall leading to the upsized balcony, a huge wall mounted TV in the living room, and ceiling fan. Our guests will appreciate 1 king size bed in the bedroom, 1 full bathroom, living room with countless, direct ocean vistas, full kitchen, cabinets with plentiful storage space, and so much more!

This is really a one-of-a-kind rental that will keep you returning year after year. The upsized oceanfront balcony offers amazing vistas of the Atlantic Ocean, you will not want to miss the sunrise and sunset. Located on the 7th floor, our guests will be blown away by this view!

The bedroom features 1 king size bed, a striking accent wall, sizable TV, nightstand, suitcases/ suitcase rack, and closet for storage. All towels, linens, linens, dishes, and kitchen silverware are supplied.

Entering into the kitchen, guests will have access to a kitchen with new full-size, stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen features a full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven/stove, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, and plentiful cabinet space. Our guests adore the fact they can effortlessly prepare a meal or a snack right from the condo! The new granite counter tops, and additional cabinet space bring the entire kitchen together! We provide all basic cookware, kitchen necessities, silverware, glassware, and more. For guests who prefer to dine out, the Meridian Plaza is within a short walk or ride to many of Myrtle Beach's most fashionable dining outlets. Food delivery services like Uber and DoorDash are also very trendy options as well. The kitchen offers a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, sink, and more.

The living room is located at the very front of the apartment. This space is furnished with a queen size sleeper couch, modest island with new bar stools for eating, enormous wall mounted TV, handsome accent wall, access to the private balcony, accent chair, and more. The living area is really the most calming space in the condo. Our guests appreciate having their own, upsized, private balcony, and many have submitted photos of charming sunrises and sunsets, dolphins, boats, surfers, and so much more!

The Meridian Plaza offers 1 indoor and 1 outdoor pool, as well as 1 indoor and 1 outdoor hot tub. Onsite laundry is available to our guests as well! We do not provide beach chairs, but guests can rent them seasonally from lifeguards on the beach.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to savor your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC, and is literally a 5–10-min. walk or drive to just about everything you can imagine! There are so many eateries close by, but Uber Eats and DoorDash have become very popular delivery options in our area.
